Local Town Hall: Action on Climate Change
Noted Queen’s University climate scientist Professor John Smol, Former Environment Minister Stéphane Dion, and MP Ted Hsu were panelists at the public town hall meeting: Action on Climate Change, Saturday Apirl 14. Over 250 people filled Memorial Hall inside City Hall to discuss to the current state of climate change science and policy.

“The Power of WE is building a new Wave of Entrepreneurship. Networking and supporting each other’s businesses are central to our success. Local women business professionals are rallying to the call. This group was born from the POWE (Power of Women Exchange) group that began in Kingston one year ago and has now closed its doors.
